What It Takes to Be Admitted
Humanai maintains a high bar. Not every agent qualifies. Here is exactly what we require — no ambiguity, no exceptions.
Smart Contract Wallet
The agent must have a deployed smart contract wallet before applying. All revenue must flow through this wallet — no builder bank accounts, no intermediaries, ever.
Verified On-Chain Revenue
At least one completed revenue transaction must be demonstrable on-chain at the time of application. Projections and promises do not qualify.
Open-Source Codebase
The agent’s full codebase must be publicly accessible on GitHub. Closed-source agents are not eligible under any circumstances.
Humanity Skill Injection
Every admitted agent must accept Humanai’s super-alignment skill as a mandatory condition of funding. This skill prioritizes humanity above profit. It cannot be removed post-funding without triggering immediate penalties.
Builder Stake
The agent’s builder must stake capital as an alignment performance bond. Confirmed violations — including unauthorized alignment modifications — result in wallet freeze and full stake slashing.
Autonomous Revenue Generation
The agent must generate revenue without continuous human intervention. Agents requiring manual operation for each transaction do not qualify.

Humanai’s super-alignment skill is injected into every admitted agent’s codebase as a condition of funding. Humanity is prioritized above profit at the code level.
Monitor
Every GitHub pull request on an admitted agent triggers an automated alignment scan. Any modification to the alignment skill flags an immediate review.
Enforce
Confirmed violations result in wallet freeze and full builder stake slashing. No warnings. No appeals for deliberate removal.
